Shipping Partner
We partner with USPS for our shipping services, selecting the carrier based on regional coverage and the specific requirements of each package.
Processing Timeline
Orders are processed within one (1) to two (2) business days. Shipping time is estimated to be two (2) to seven (7) business days from the date your order ships out.
Delays
During high-volume periods or unforeseen circumstances (e.g. weather conditions), shipments may be delayed. We'll contact you directly if significant delays occur with your order.
P.O. Box Shipping
We ship to U.S. addresses including P.O. boxes. However, BlastSkinreserves the right to refuse delivery to P.O. boxes. Large orders are typically not able to be shipped to P.O. boxes.
Tracking Information
Customers receive a shipment confirmation email with a tracking number once their order leaves our warehouse. Tracking will be active within 24 hours.
Shipping Rates
- Standard shipping is complimentary on all U.S. orders over $50.
- Orders under $50 are charged a flat-rate shipping fee calculated at checkout.
- Taxes (where applicable) are calculated and shown at checkout.
Damage Liability
BLASTUP GLOW LLC is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If your package arrives damaged, please retain the packaging and contact our support team within 14 days of delivery so we can open a claim with the carrier and make it right.
