Please do not ship returns before obtaining an RMA number — packages received without a valid RMA may not be processed.
Initiation Requirements
- Obtain an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number from our customer service team before sending anything back.
- Include your order number, name, items being returned, and reason for return (optional but helpful).
Return Conditions
- Returns must be postmarked within 30 days from the receipt of your order.
- Products are eligible for return whether they are unopened, opened, or used.
- The customer pays return shipping unless the company made an error (wrong item shipped, defective product, etc.).
- A valid RMA number must be included with your return.
Refunds
- Processing occurs after inspection of returned items.
- Refunds will be credited to your original method of payment within 30 days.
- If you have not received your refund within this timeframe, please contact your card issuer first, then reach out to our support team.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you received a damaged or defective item, contact us within 14 days of delivery and we'll make it right at no additional cost.
